After completing a course such as BTech, students receive placements, while some get selected for higher education. As per the records of the year 2022, the highest package for a BTech was INR 23 LPA and around 2200+ students were offered a placement. Similarly, for several other UG and PG level courses, students opt for placements and/or get selected for higher studies.

The Institute offers 1000+ seats in 16 specialisations with an eligibility criterion of aggregate marks from class 12 through the CBSE board or ISC / MPBSE. IET, AKTU being an institute depending on the state government of Uttar Pradesh has moderate fee structure. The total cost of B.Tech and MBA courses is between INR 1. 38 Lacs to INR1. 44 Lacs p. a being cheaper as opposed to other private engineering colleges.
