RGPV BPharma seats are alloted to candidates based on marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination. The total seat intake at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya across all the affiliated institutes and colleges is 5,780.

RGPV BPharma curriculum is divided into two semester in the fourth year of the programme. In the last two semester of the programme, students are also required to study a number of subjects plus they are also required to do a project work. RGPV BPharma curriculum is divided into semester-pattern. Hence, in the first year of the programme the subjects are distributed across two semesters. In the first year of the programme, candidates are required to study 12 subjects in total. Given below is the list of RGPV BPharma syllabus for the first two semesters:
