This answer depends on various factors like carrers goals, budget, place of study, marks and many more and also these factors are also different for candidate to candidate
but if we see general points like:
Placements : IHM, Gwalior has better placement record as well as better average package and the highest package the placement record was almost 85% last year average package was 4 LPA and the highest was 6.5 LPA whereas, in case of the IHM, Bhopal the 52 students were placed in 232 students in 2021 and the average package was 2.5 LPA & the highest was 3.5 LPA.
Fees : IHM Bhopal is more pocket friendly when compared with the IHM,

Both the institue have their own positive and negative points it totally depeneds on the person to person according to their career goals and thier budget cost and distance friendly.
Both institutes offers courses in hospitality management, applied nutrition & catering technologies for over three decades. Whereas if we see placement records of both the colleges the Institue of Hotel Management, Gwalior have good track record for the placements. Higher average salary is offered to candidates of Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior
Conclusion is that both the institutes have their own postive points as well as negative points.

No, Institute of Hotel Management, Bhopal doesn't offers better placement than Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior as the most the latest data that is available on the internet according to that,
The highest package of Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior was almost 6 LPA & the average package that was offered to the students was almost 4 LPA and almost 85% students
whereas, In case of Instituute Of Hotel Management, Bhopal the highest package offered to their students was almost 3.5 LPA and average package was almost 2.5 LPA and only 52 students placed out of 232 students in batch 2021,

You have to understand one thing that it is a private institute so the fees of the courses are relatively higher than other government colleges or institutes . Here the starting course for pursuing your BTech degree is around 3.9-4 Lacs rupees.
The courses which are offered:-
I) BTech in AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING
II) Air craft maintenance engineer
III) Air craft licence and many others
The course fees of AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING is around 6.5-7.3 Lacs rupees.
The college is quite good and offers you average placement of rupees 2.3 - 3 Lacs rupees. The on campus placements are moderate but the off campus placement
