Jiwaji University DPharma admission is merit-based for the year 2024. Given below is the Jiwaji University DPharma admission process:

STEP 1: Application Process

Candidates seeking admission to the programme are required to visit the official website of the University, fill in the important details, upload the documents and, pay the application fee of INR 1,000 (INR 800 for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) together with INR 200 registration per subject has to be paid through MP Online. For every course, the registration fee of INR 200 per course/ subject has to be paid along with the application fees of INR 1,000 at the kiosk centre.

Jiwaji University DPharma admission dates 2024 have been announced by the University. The application forms are already closed for the academic year 2024 and, the first admission list for DPharma admission at Jiwaji University will be declared on Jun 25, 2024.

Jiwaji University, Gwalior provides an opportunity to DPharma students to apply for scholarships. Jiwaji University DPharma scholarships include Post Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST) and, OBC category students.

Jiwaji University DPharma seat reservation is in accordance with the policy of the Madhya Pradesh Government. The benefit of reservation will be available, only for domiciles category candidates of MP. Two extra seats will be created in DPharma course for the following:

  • One seat for wards of regular teachers and officers of the University
  • One seat for wards of regular Class III and Class IV employees of the University
  • If any reserved category candidate gets placed in general list in merit, then the seat in reserved category will be unaffected but if applicant belongs to the category such as Freedom Fighter etc., the seat reserved in that

Jiwaji University DPharma seat allotment is based on marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination. The total seat intake for the DPharma programme offered at Jiwaji University is 60. However, Jiwaji University follows the seat reservation policy in accordance with the policy of the Madhya Pradesh Government. The benefit of reservation will be available, only for domiciles category candidates of Madhya Pradesh.

Candidates who get admission to the BSc or BSc (Hons) programme offered at Jiwaji University are required to submit the following documents during the time of admission as mentioned below: 

  • Copy of counselling registration form
  • Marksheets of Class 10 and, Class 12
  • Caste Certificate
  • Income certificate (for reserved category candidates)
  • Migration and Transfer certificate
  • Aadhaar Card
  • MP domicile certificate
  • EWS certificate
  • PwD certificate
  • Jammu and Kashmir Migrant certificate
  • Affidavit for gap in studies

If candidates leaves the BSc programme or desires to cancel his/ her admission before the last date of admission, the fee will be returned to them after deducting 10% of the admission fees deposited. Only caution money will be refunded if candidates leaves the programme after the said date. In case where candidates have given an undertaking to the effect that their admission may be cancelled in case they fail to produce their result of qualifying exam by the last date of admission, they will not get any refund of admission fee except the caution money.
