RGPV Bhopal offers four-year BE and BTech programmes under several specialisations. RGPV BE and BTech admissions are based on a candidate’s score in JEE Main, followed by DTE MP Counselling. To apply for the BTech programme, a candidate must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria. The criteria is that the candidate must have passed Class 12 with Maths and Physics with an aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved category candidates).

RGPV offers many facilities to its students. RGPV facilities include a library, gym, hostels, computer centre, labs, smart classrooms and others. The library has a large collection of books, magazines, journals, and many more. RGPV also include indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students so that they can spend their leisure time playing games of their choice.

The university has not released list of companies visited during placement drive for the year 2023. However as per external sources some of companies visited during recent placement drive are IBM, TCS Mumbai, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, and many more.

Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya has not released the highest package for the year 2023. However, the RGPV NIRF Report 2022 is available on the official website. As per the NIRF report 2022, the median package offered to BTech and MTech students was INR 3.50 LPA and INR 2 LPA during placements 2021, respectively. During the RGPV placements, a total of 288 out of 557 BTech and M.Tech students were placed.

The University conducts its own entrance test for admission to PhD programme. Any candidate, who has done master’s in the relevant discipline of law, can apply for the same. The final selection of students will be based on the entrance test scores and the performance in PI. Eligibility criteria for the PhD programme is given below:

NLIU Bhopal offers a PhD programme in three different disciplines of Law. PhD is offered with a minimum course duration of two to three years and a maximum of six. The University conducts its own entrance test for admission to PhD programme. Any candidate, who has done master’s in the relevant discipline, can apply for the same. No, only law degree is not sufficient to practice law in India. candidates need to have Bar Council of India enrollment to become eligible for the same. Only members of BCI are eligible to appear in courts and practice law in India.
The candidates looking forward to practice law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) that is conducted by BCI. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ which is mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India.
