Due to all these factors closing ranks of many courses of studies are quite low. Starting from 12000 in some courses to 25000 in some others. However, theoretically speaking the last student who got admission had a ranking of about 38000 last year. If we consider a similar trend this year then you will get admission to this Institute. How far it is always better to be on the safer side and I would request you to aim for a ranking of about 15000 in JEE Mains for almost surety of admission in one of the main branches. The minimum eligibility criteria for integrated B.A. B.Ed and B.Sc. B.Ed. Courses is 10+2 with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognised board. B.Ed programme requires graduation in Arts/ Science or Engineering with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD) from a recognized university. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in 2015, 2016 or appearing /appeared in 2022 are also eligible to apply for B.A. B.Ed and B.Sc. B.Ed. Courses. Admission to all the courses is based on the score in CEE conducted by NCERT followed by preparation of merit list and counseling. Candidates are selected on the basis of their CEE score and aggregate marks in the last qualifying exam. 60% weightage will be given to the CEE score and the remaining 40% for marks in the qualifying examination. In case of a tie, selection will be based on the score of the Teaching Aptitude test. The further tie will be decided on the basis of age.
