I think your preferred branch is EC. You can easily get uec EC, rgpv EC, jec EC. Getting Sgsits EC in second round will depend upon if there are any seats left after admission or allotment in first round. If you have got jec, rgpv or uec in first round then you should upgrade. There are two upgrade rounds for first counseling. I hope you will get your preferred college.

There is no scholarships, as such by college, but if you have the certificate of reserved category or if you are not financial good than discount on the fees and loan system is available. All the best and give a like to answer.

To be honest it is very difficult even in SC category as the number of seats are less and I have seen many students in SC category with higher marks
