So as mention in the course you have to pass your 10+2 with 50% marks in physics, mathematics, and chemistry, along with you have to pass university entrance exam like GLAET or CUET with good marks. In short you need to pass both with good marks.

No, you can not. According to the university you have to pass GLAET (Ganeshi Lal Agarwal Entrance Test) or GATE or CUET-PG Exams to get admission in to GLA University. However, you can get admission based on good score in GATE.
