The only way is that you complete your graduation by clearing the back subjects and if the university is not responding you after high effort then I suggest you not to waste your time and issue all your documents from the university and pursue the course again from the beginning and me also advise you to take suggestions from your seniors as well.

As per the information available on CCSU website, University does not offers B.A. B.Ed. course through distance mode.

IIMT University admissions will be taken on basis of candidates performance in group discussion, personal interview and marks or merit in the previous education. To meet industrys standards and challenges the university curriculum will be created. How to Get Your Degree from CCS University. Earlier, after the completion of Graduation or post-graduation course candidates were given a degree after one year of completion through campus. Candidates have to visit the CCS university campus, Meerut and fill the form to get the degree and submit on the counter.

Every applicant who intends to take admission in a course is required to get his/her name registered on the website of C.C.S.University, Meerut for which registration fee is charged. Use this link for completing the process of registration http://www.ccsuniversity.ac.in/ccsu/index.php
Eligibility criteria : B.Sc. Degree (with the concerned subject as one of the main subjects) with 45% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in the subject.
Admission criteria : On Merit based.
So from above if you have completed you B.Sc with Math as major subject, Than can be eligible. Please see information brochure of CCSU for more details http://www.ccsuniver
