No, M.Com is a 2 year regular course in swami Vivekanand Subharti University.

For doing M.Sc in zoology from CCS, Meerut, a candidate must have done Bachelor's degree in B.Sc zoology and he/she must have secured 2nd division at 10+2 level from a recognized board.

It is not possible for you to get admission at this rank. If you can arrange donations then yes, you can get the admission.

If you are planning to do it from IP University then it may cost you around 2 to 2.5 lakhs of the whole course. If you planning to do it from the University of Delhi then it may cost you around 10 to 20 thousand of the whole course. At the time of admission, it all depends on the university what they want to charge from you.
