  • The faculty of the college is very benevolent towards the students and they help the students in every situation.
  • The quality of teaching was good; any student can understand the concept of theory. 
  • Some teachers are well qualified and have proper knowledge about the subjects, but the rest of them don't know what they are teaching.

To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at JP Institute of Engineering and Technology, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the JEE Main exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course. To apply, the candidates will have to visit the official website, fill out the application form, and attend the counseling. Candidates can also apply directly for admission under the management quota.

The JEE Main cutoff for JP Institute of Engineering and Technology (JIIT Noida) can be varied by year and the programme you want to enroll.

The closing rank for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering was 73836 in 2024. 

Other programs like B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing had a closing rank of about 119167.

Getting into Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology (JIIT) can be bit competitive, especially for popular programs like Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).

Admission is mainly based on JEE Main scores, and 12th board exam results and, for some programs, a separate  entrance test (Jaypee LEET) can also be considered.

The closing cutoff rank for B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology (JIIT Noida) was 59706 in 2024. The closing cutoff for other B.Tech programs at JIIT Noida in 2024 included 98006 for Electronics and Communication Engineering, 127415 for Biotechnology, and 98962 for Electronics Engineering - VLSI Design and Tech. 

Specific Cutoff Ranks for JIIT Noida in 2024:

  • B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering: 59706
  • B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering: 98006
  • B.Tech Biotechnology: 127415
  • B.Tech Electronics Engineering - VLSI Design and Tech: 98962

The application procedure for Dewan VS Group of Institutions, Meerut, for B.E./B.Tech. entails submitting JEE Main or UPCET scores 10+2 mark sheets domicile and category certificates and registering for UPCET counseling via upcet.nta.nic.in. Dewan is chosen by candidates during the choice-filling process which is followed by document verification and seat distribution Apply in person at the institute with your 10+2 results for the management quota. The application can be downloaded from dewaninstitutes.com or picked up on campus, with registration costs paid in cash or by DD. After verification, admission is finalized.

Candidates must have a valid JEE Main or UPCET score and a 50% in 10+2 (PCM) (45% for reserved categories) in order to enroll in Dewan VS Group of Institutions for B.E./B.Tech through UPCET counseling. Apply online at upcet.nta.nic.in and select Dewan in the CAP process and check your documentation. As an alternative, management quota seats (applied for at the institute) offer direct admission based on 10+2 scores. Merit-based admissions or CAT/MAT are required for other courses, such as MBA or BBA. Diploma holders can apply for lateral admission through UPCET.
