The fee structure of courses differs from programme to programme at Delhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, or DIET. For the B.Tech courses, the total fees for all 4 years vary between about 2.45 Lacs and 3.04 lakhs, depending upon the major. The Diploma courses had a total fee of about 90,000. The level of BIT MCA will be similar to the BCA graduate-level qualifying examination syllabus.
