Hello greetings!
Admission for the first semester of post-graduate courses at Nowgong College, Nagaon for the 2024-2025 session began on August 14, 2024. The provisional merit list for these courses was published on the college website on August 12, 2024.
Nowgong College is a participating institute in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduate and post-graduate programs.
The tentative dates for the CUET 2025 application process are February–April 2025, the exam is tentatively scheduled for May–June 2025, and the results are tentatively scheduled for July 2025.

| UG Diploma | Candidates must have passed H.S.L.C./10th or its equivalent examination in a single sitting with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects (Without grace marks in Maths and Science and also have to pass indivisually in both Theory and Practical/ Internal assessment) with average 40% marks in Mathematics and Science for General/ OBC/ MOBC category (35% marks for SC and 33% marks for ST category) from a recognised board/institute. The maximum age limit is 20 years 6 months for UR/OBC/MOBC as on 31-12-2023 and for 23 years 6 months for SC/ST as on 31-12-2023. Candidates must be a Permanent resident of Assam. |
