Yes, a run-of-the-mill Indian student can very much get admission to Kathmandu Medical College, if they fulfill the prerequisites which include passing NEET with minimum prescribed marks and 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with at least a 50% aggregate; making it feasible for most Indian students who want to pursue medical education overseas because of its comparatively easy admission protocol and similar cultural setup like India.

Based on student feedback, Kathmandu Medical College is overall considered a good college for medical studies, commended for its quality education, updated facilities, experienced staff, and adequate clinical exposure, and is a favorite among international students who want an affordable MBBS in Nepal; however, some have expressed concerns regarding the management of the hospital and possible language barriers based on the student's origin.

Yes, a typical Indian student can be able to get into Manipal College of Medical Science, but it would be subject to their NEET UG exam score since admission is mostly merit-based through this national level entrance examination, so they would have to obtain a competitive rank to get a seat in the college; a good score would highly enhance their chances of getting admitted.
