Tribhuvan University provide hostel facilities on many of its campuses such as Central Campus of Technology, Pokhara Nursing Campus, etc. Mostly hostel are divided as girls hostel and boys hostel. Various facilities are available at these hostels such as dining hall, visitors' cottage, recreation, transportation, free electricity, etc.

There are about 64 constituent campuses where students can choose to study such as- Dhankuta Multiple Campus, Ramswarup Ramsagar Multiple Campus, Thakur Ram Multiple Campus, etc.
