Documents required for PhD course admission at GITA, Bhubaneswar:

• Marks Statement of the qualifying examination.
• Transfer and Conduct certificate from the Institute where the candidate last studied.

• Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST candidates.

The admission process for various courses offered at GITA differs . To be admitted to GITA, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. STEP 2: Selection Rounds

Students will be selected based on registration, entrance exam score and counselling as per respective courses.

STEP 2.1: GITA PhD Admission Selection Criteria

Admission shall be based on the marks secured in the entrance test and interview, subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria and the rules of reservation. Once, the candidates proceed further need to submit the necessary documents. Aspirants are advised to keep ready the following documents for the selection procedure:

STEP 3: Merit List and Admission Confirmation

Once selection rounds are over, the institute releases a merit list. To allot and confirm the seat candidates are required to pay the application fee at the admission receipt centre.
