Both the NITs are good. Although you can prefer NIT Puducherry as per infrastructure, faculty members and placements. The atmosphere of this college will encourage you to work hard. Rest depends on your interest.

If edit option is not available, then you have only one option. You should write a mail to the concerned authorities mentioning all your details like name, registration number, mobile number, mistake which you have done etc. They will revert back to you ASAP.

Hello,
Firstly, note the given transaction number and then call the college. Ask them whether they have received the amount and also ask for your application number. If they have not received the amount, you need to immediately contact your bank for the refund and pay the same fees on college website again for the registration. Hope this helps.
