  2. Mark Sheets – Attested copies of the qualifying examination mark sheets.
  3. Birth Certificate – Attested copy of matriculation/higher secondary certificate.
  4. Transfer Certificate – Original Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate.
  5. Conduct Certificate – Certificate from the last institution regarding good conduct.
  6. Eligibility Certificate – For students from other boards/universities.

Netaji Subhash National Institute of Sports is a government authorised institute it is affiliated with Sports Authority of India (SAI)  also considered as the academic wing of sports and is funded and managed by the government
