NIPER JEE total mark is 100. There are 200 multiple choice question in the NIPER exam. Each question carries 0.5 marks. Negative marking of 0.125 marks is done for a wrong answer.

Hi.
5 % of seats (over and above the regular seat matrix) are reserved for:
Foreign nationals
OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) holders
PIO (Person of Indian Origin) candidates
These seats do not count against the general seats and are separate from the usual counselling pool.

Hi.
Results
After the NIPER JEE exam (typically held in June), the results and merit lists for M.S. (Pharm.)/M.Pharm are usually released in late June.
For example, for the 2025 cycle, results and merit lists were published on 21 June 2025.
For the 2026 cycle, results are expected to be released a few weeks after the exam, following the same pattern (result dates are often announced on the official NIPER JEE site shortly after the exam).
Counselling
Counselling for MS Pharma/M.Pharm admissions usually occurs after the results are declared:

To study PhD at NIPER Guwahati students must complete the required eligibility of:
- Having a PG degree in relevant stream such as Pharmaceutical sciences, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or any related fields.
- With degree scores of 60% (55% for SC/ST) minimum while the selection process depends on NIPER JEE scores.

Find below the important documents required during the admission process at NIPER Hyderabad:
- Matriculation certificate as a proof of age and correct name.
- Mark sheets of all the semesters/years of the qualifying degree.
- GPAT/GATE/NET score card, wherever applicable.
- Caste certificate, if applicable.
- Certificate of disability, if applicable.
- Sponsorship certificate from the employer in case of Government/Industry sponsored
