No the IPMAT cutoff for IIM INdore and IIM Rohtak are not the same. Both the IIMs conduct different IPMAT exams. IIM Indore conducts IPMAT Indore and the exam conducted by IIM Rohtak is called the IPMAT Rohtak exam. Thus, both the institues have different cutoff and selection processes. Various factors such as number of applicants, difficulty level, number of seats available for the programme and overall performance of the candidates affect different cutoffs.

With an EWS rank of 1066 and an All India Rank  of 11955 in CLAT 2024 you have a moderate but potentially competitive chance of being admitted to the BBA LLB programme at IIM Rohtak. No, unfortunately not. The cutoff for PGIMS Rohtak generally requires 580+ marks for the general category. With a score of 250 in NEET, you are unlikely to get a seat in PGIMS Rohtak under the general EWS category. However, you can get admission to some colleges like Johrat Medical College and Hospital, Johrat, Government Medical College, Siddipet, etc.
