It is difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff as OBC category the chance seems less to get a seat in walchand college of engineering sangli .
however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.

It depends on your state of domicile and how much financial backing you have .
In state level colleges, you may get CSE with this percentile, with home state quota.
Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) , has decent govt colleges at Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur etc and it also gives admission on the basis of JEE Main. Here 15% seats are for outside candidates. Even 90 percentile in JEE main can fetch you a seat there.
Similarly admission to GGSIP University, Delhi, is by your JEE Main rank. Here there are 3 -4 decent colleges, USICT, MSIT, MAIT etc. Fee is much less, when compared to other private colleges. Your entire B Tech course fe

The institute offers admission to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programmes based on candidates marks in JEE Main/MHT CET. Walchand College of Engineering Sangli cutoff is the closing ranks of MHT CET/JEE Main. Separate cutoffs are released for JEE Main and MHT CET. Walchand College of Engineering Sangli cutoff is released by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell on its official website. Only candidates meeting the WCE Sangli cut off requirements are eligible for admission to B.Tech programmes. The cutoff of the college varies from programme to programme. But their are numerous source through which you can seek knowledge in cs. Sources like Edx, udemy or many more, you can learn through many books. Knowledge cant be just obtained by colleges it can be obtained through any source. College will just give you degree not education
