Nahasaheb Mahadik college of engineering have balance of young and experienced faculties.Senior/HODs have really good experience of 15+ years.The assistent professors are quite young and have of 3-5 years.The faculty members are good but have very few industry exposure compares to the experienced faculty members especially in core branch like -Mechanical.

Most of the faculty members are Master's holders while some are pursuing PhD, and a few are PhD holders. The faculty members are easily approachable and are supportive.
