Yes, The institute maintains a dedicated sports center: University Sports Center (USC) as well as a Multi-Purpose Sports Halls (MPSH) offering a number of sports facilities to students.

The University Sports Centre or USC is a three-storey tall sports centre which offers a number of sports facilities to students including a swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, volleyball court & wall-climbing facilities among others.

The Multipurpose Sports Hall is an indoor space that hosts a number of sports such as badminton & floorball. There is also a gymnasium for fitness enthusiasts. Just outside the facility is an outdoor archery range.

Mental Health is given an equal importance to physical fitness, with the university providing counselling services to students over the course of their studies. Counselling is provided by the experienced consultants, who are ever-present to aid students.

NUS Student Life is full of diversity, innovation & vibrancy with students visiting from across the globe to pursue respective studies. The institute offers more than 50 student clubs across a range of prominent fields including: Sports, Socio-Cultural Interest Groups & Ground-Up Initiatives.

Student Events

Events take place in two formats: External Events that are organised by a third party or an NUS Event that is conducted by the University itself.

The NUS Events can further be divided into: Ask Us Anything Sessions, Information Sessions, Masterclass sessions & Education Fair. These events happen on a monthly basis over the course of an academic year.

NUS Singapore celebrates its culture & heritage via a number of cultural events & student activities such as: Culture Night, Night Cycling, Inter-Block Games & Star 2 Burst.
