The admission process to K.L.N. College of Engineering is based on an online application form that is provided at the college website. For B.E.B.Tech admissions, candidates have to sit for TNEA counseling or can directly go for management seat. Candidates willing to pursue M.E./M.Tech courses have to appear for TANCET examination or take admission under management seat. Tentative documents include mark sheets, transfer certificates, community certificates and photographs. The dates for the application change every year, generally round June–July.

Yes you can get management quota seats in K.L.N. College of Engineering as it is 20-25% of total colleges. As for this, one is required to fulfill 50% marks criteria in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics in standard 12th. The cost of management quota is higher usually comes for the range of between Rs. 1,00,000 – Rs 1,50,000 per annum.

As for the case of K.L.N. College of Engineering, there is no policy to offer a 100% scholarship fee for all the students. But it provides scholarships to students on both merit and on the basis of their financial status. There are as Post matriculation scholarships for SC/ST, OBC, and Economically weaker students are availed for which entire fee can be paid up to 100% by the candidates. Further, on individual basis, the college may be in a position to provide mere charges rebates or some forms of fee remunerations to certain students who really deserve.

The college has better infrastructures for campus within the K.L.N. College of Engineering that includes well established labs, rich central library of over 50,000 books, internet services within the university. The college has facilities for both boys and girls hostels, playgrounds and a stylish canteen with the latest in technologies. It has seminar halls, auditorium, transportation facilities etc. Also, there are well-provided and serviced parking for cars, other kinds of transport and there are health care centers for college students .

Yes, students can self-finance or join through management quota for the same, they do not require to go through TNEA counseling for admission to B.E./B.Tech programme of K.L.N. College of Engineering. But this option demands compliance with the basic requirements of the 50% pass in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the 12th standard only. The management quota fees are more expensive than the government quota fees which cost on average between RS 100,000 and RS 150,000 yearly.

With regards to the fee structure, K.L.N. College of Engineering differentiate their fees based on the course chosen. The annual fee structure of the B.E./B.Tech courses is about Rs. 50000/- Rs. 70000/- for the government quota and about Rs.100000/- Rs. 150000/- for the management quota.M.E./M.Tech fee varies between Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 80,000/- per annum depending on the specialisation offered by the institution. For M.E./M.Tech courses, the fees are around Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 80,000 per year.

K.L.N. College of Engineering is a self financing college situated at Sivagangai, Tamil Nadu. It was set up in 1994 and is accredited to Anna University and recognised by AICTE. The college has an Engineering and Technology faculty where it provides undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It's a private educational institution and therefore has its own administration; students can get in through TNEA or the management seat.

It normally takes 30–45 days to publish the semester examination results of the Jayaraj Annapackiam CSI College of Engineering. The evaluation process has been done based on the guidelines of Anna University because the college is an affiliate of the university. Achievements are displayed on the university website and the students are informed of the same. There may be extra days involved in administrative procedures or some inconveniences in the schedule, anyway the terms remain similar.
