For OBC category students under the Home State quota, the last round closing rank for CSE admission was 6055 in 2025. For the same BTech specialisation, the cutoff rank was 5077 in 2024, while in 2023, it was 4924. It was evident by looking at the cutoff ranks over the years that the competition has increased. 

The cutoff changes depending on rounds, specialisations, and categories. If you qualify under the General AI quota, the maximum required JEE Main cutoff rank for B.Tech admission was 60255 in 2025.Those who have a lower cutoff than the one specified can get a seat in NIT Warangal BTech.
