OU campus is about 8-10 km away from both the Secunderabad & Hyderabad Railway Stations. To reach the Osmania University campus, the UG/PG students can hire AC radio cabs from the airport.

Admission to the PGDM courses in IPE Hyderabad are based on merit. Students from the ST/SC category are given relaxation in the eligibility criteria. While the eligibility criteria for General category students is 50% aggregate and above in Bachelor's degree, students from ST/SC category who score 45% and above in Bachelor's degree are eligible to apply for PGDM courses in IPE Hyderabad.

The number of PGDM seats in IPE Hyderabad are 180.  120 seats are available for PGDM in Banking and Financial Services. Institute of Public Enterprise Hyderabad has a  Summer Internship Program (SIP) for its PGDM students. The IPE Hyderabad PGDM SIP spans 6-8 weeks. The IPE PGDM SIP covers diverse sectors like manufacturing, trading, and consulting.  IPE Hyderabad facilitates both full-time and part-time internships that provide stipends to the PGDM students. SIPs offered at IPE Hyderabad covers many domains such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Business Analytics.

Transport facility can be availed by students of Institute of Public Enterprise Hyderabad. The transport facility is available for existing routes.
