Yes, Tezpur University offers BTech courses across six specialisations. Tezpur University accepts admission in BTech courses through JEE-Main. Out of the total seats, 60% are reserved for permanent residents of North East and have Permanent Residence Certificates (PRC). The applicants desiring a seat under the North East quota must upload a PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate issued by the competent authority of any of the North Eastern states) along with the form. Admission to the remaining 40% of open seats shall be made through the central counselling, i.e. Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) based on JEE (Main).

Tezpur University is a government university providing BTech programme at the undergraduate level. Yes, Tezpur University does provide scholarships and tuition fee waivers to its students. To avail of the scheme, students fulfiling the eligibility criteria need to connect with the administration desk of the university. The university provides free studentship to the students belonging to financially weaker section. As per the university's guidelines, meritorious students need not pay the admission fee while applying.
