You can get CSE in GFTI as per the JoSSA counselling cutoff last year. You cannot get any branch, like CSE, ECE in NIT at this rank.

The institute has not released its course wise data yet. However, NIRF Report for 2025 is out. According to the NIRF report 319 PG 2-year students were placed during Bharathidasan University placements. Refer to the table below to know more:

Yes, students are generally permitted to carry and use mobile phones in the hostels at NIT Trichy. However, there are restrictions on their use within the academic zone (classrooms). The institute also provides superfast Wi-Fi in all hostel zones. But I request you to decrese your phone usage for your academic exellence. over using of phone may leads to decrease in your visual, hearing etc.
