It's very difficult to get into Top NITs like NIT Trichy, Warangal and NIT Bhopal because these NITs generally have high cutoffs and competitive ranks with 95 percentile and rank 75689 it would be difficult if you are from general category but there may be chances if you are from reserved category like SC and ST category. With this percentile and rank you can surely get a low ranked NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Durgapur, NIT Mizoram, NIT Sikkim, NIT Raipur, and NIT Goa.

It is unlikely to get Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at NIT Trichy or NIT Surathkal with a 94.54 percentile in JEE Main Jan 2025, especially under the ST category. While 94.54 percentile is a good score, top NITs like Trichy and Surathkal have very high cutoffs for CSE, typically requiring percentiles above 99.5, even for reserved categories.
High Demand for CSE:
CSE is a highly sought-after branch in NITs, and the cutoffs for this branch are generally very competitive.
Top NITs:
NIT Trichy and NIT Surathkal are among the top NITs, known for their strong academic programs and placements, especially in CSE.

- Postgraduate programs (M.Tech, M.Sc, MBA) via GATE, CAT, or NITT's own tests
- PhD programs with GATE/NET qualification
- Special programs or lateral entry for Diploma holders or those with relevant work experience
Check NITT's website (nitt.edu) for details.

Yes, But you will not eligible for the reservation for home state students.Because the reservation is for the students who studied 11th and 12th in the state where the NIT is situated. The 50% seats are filled through home state quota. The remaining 50% is filled with the students from other states. You can get an admission if you had scored an eligible score in JEE.
