Uni Birmingham Dubai does provide career guidance to Indian students to stay and work in the UAE after graduation. However, it cannot directly "issue" or "sponsor" a student's post-study work visa in the UAE.
This is the responsibility of the employers who hire graduates of the university.

Yes, the Uni of Birmingham does offer term-time transport services. Students interested in transportation services offered by the university need to complete and submit the transport application form with the required details.
Note: Transportation for a particular route/area will depend on the number of people interested in using UoB transport for that route. This is especially true for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain routes.

Uni of Birmingham Dubai does not maintain on-campus housing services of its own. However, it partners with several local housing providers (The Myriad Dubai, KSK Homes, Dubailand) to offer accommodation near the campus to its Indian students.
Students can reserve housing by contacting the local housing providers directly.
