The University of Wolverhampton, Business School provides the opportunity to all undergraduate students. The undergraduate students undertake a 12-month industrial placement as part of their degree programme. The placement year is undertaken in year 3 of a 4-year programme.   

Usually, the overseas placements, internship and summer internships last for 2 to 12 months.  

These internships and placements help students in better understandings regarding their skills. Some graduates secure full-time positions within the company where they were either undertook their placements or internships.

The university requires Standard XII Higher Secondary School certificates which require students to achieve a minimum of between 60% and 63% overall. Some courses may state specific subjects and grade requirements. While a student is choosing a specific subject for entry, 68% must be achieved in that subject. 

Postgraduate programmes require a UK Second Class Honours Second Division (2:2), a minimum score of 55% is required. 70% in English is required in class 12.

As an international applicant, showcasing English language proficiency skills during admissions process is required.  

IELTS- Some courses require IELTS 6.0 with nothing less than 5.5, while some courses require IELTS 7.0 with nothing less than 6.5.

TOFEL- Some courses require overall score of 60 with no component score less than 20, while Some courses require overall score of 94 with no component score less than 24. 

Please note: The university accepts regional based qualifications deemed to be equivalent to English GCSE grade C/grade 4 or above. These qualifications are accepted as proof of English for student visa sponsorship
