Indian students must submit the English proficiency requirements at the university. The University of Suffolk admission requirements for Indian students are given as follows:

- West Bengal Board's HSC/Standard XII scored 50%, ISCE/CBSE/ISC's Standard XII scored 60%, while other boards' Standard XII scored 65%.
- Qualification from the State Board of Technical Education or another related health field at 60%
- Diploma from the International Baccalaureate with at least 28 total points
- A-levels
