The minimum eligibility for PhD at IIIT Una is M.Tech from a recognised university with a good academic track record. The selection criteria is merit based with the college accepting PG scores for CFTI/GFTI students. For students from other institutions, The college accepts GATE scores along with a PI.

No, IIIT Una admissions 2026 are not open yet. For now, Admission 2025-26 has concluded and classes have started from august 2025. Uusually IIIT Una admissions commence with appearing for JEE and then further rounds like JOSAA AND CSAB counselling take place.
