After submitting the student's application, the applicants recieve a NetID to login to the MyCSUEB portal, where they are required to monitor their 'To Do List' for the documents that are required.
The admission decisions hit the portal as well as the applicant's email ID. After that, international students should follow the other steps like submitting docs and waiting for the admission decision.

At the start of the Cal State University application process, Indian students need to create a student account on the CSUEB student portal. This portal is the main channel of information for these students.
The decisions are also shared via the email that was registered. To view the application status, international applicants are required to use their NetID and password.

Firstly, an Indian student must successfully apply with complete final documentation and receive an offer letter from the university. In the offer letter, there may be some additional documentation requirements or the enrollment fee ask for the same.
Once that is done, the students have to prove the means to pay for their studies in the USA (a loan letter, FDs, or savings can be shown). Then an I-20 is sent directly to the registered mail ID of the student.

No, the Cal State University East Bay application deadlines remain the same. They usually open on Oct 1 for the next Fall intake for international students.
The priority deadlines are usually November 30th for the UG courses and for most of the graduate courses, the admission deadline is usually May 1.
Some Cal State UG programs have early admission deadlines for programs in Marine Science, Counselling and Biological Science.
