Yes, international students need to get an F1 visa to study at ASU as it is there in the USA. Given below are the documents required to apply for it -
- A valid passport with a validity date of at least six months beyond your period of stay
- A printed copy of DS-160, the online application form
- SEVIS Fee Receipt
- Interview appointment letter (original and copy)
- Form I-20 sent by the college (where you are going to study)
- Visa fee payment confirmation receipt
- F12 target="_blank" rel="noopener">Financial Documents are required to show financial strength to support education in the USA

To increase their chances of securing a seat at ASU Indian candidates must uphold good academic profile plus be an active participant in co curricular activities and work on their English skills. Moreover they must ensure to apply early and preferably by the priority deadline of Nov 1, 2026 to ensure that they are admitted to ASU campus grounds. Obtaining strong LORs can help too.
