Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), BHU, offers a four-year BSc in Nursing in the full-time mode. To secure a BSc seat at the institute, candidates must appear for the accepted entrance exam, i.e. NEET UG. To be eligible to sit for the exam, candidates must meet the requirements listed below:

• Candidates must have completed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB)
• Candidates must have secured at least 50% in Class 12 (For the General category)
• Candidates must be at least 17 years old, with a maximum age of 25 years

Candidates seeking BSc admission at IMS BHU (Varanasi) can start the admission process by checking their eligibility. Those who fulfil the preset eligibility criteria can register for NEET UG, the entrance exam accepted for BSc admission at the institute. Shortlisted candidates are allotted IMS BHU BSc seats through the counselling following NEET UG. The counselling is based on the candidates' performance in the entrance exam.
