- SC Candidates 15 % of the intake
- ST Candidates 7.5% of the intake

BHU MDS cutoff 2025 was released for all rounds and categories belonging to the All India quota. For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 2 to 34.
On the other hand, for the OBC AI category, the round 1 cutoff was 14, which later increased to 137 in the last round. Refer to the table below to know the cutoff for all other categories.

The institutes have fixed admission cut-offs on the basis of overall performance of candidates in the CAT 2025 exam.
