No, JEE Mains is not a mandatory entrance exam for GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru BTech admissions. Aside from the JEE Mains, candidates can also appear for the KCET as well as GAT to qualify for BTech at GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru.

Yes, candidates can get direct admission into the BTech course at GITAM Deemed to be University, Bengaluru.
However, direct admission are only offered to candidates who scored at least an aggregate of 85% in their Class 10th board exams as well as secure an aggregate of 60% in Class 12th board exams.

The application fee at GITAM University Bengaluruf or UG Engineering and PG Management is INR 1,200. For UG and PG Architecture, Law, Pharmacy, Humanities, Science, UG Engineering (Lateral Entry), Paramedical, Physiotherapy, Management, Nursing and PG Engineering is INR 600.

Yes, you can take admission in BTech at GITAM University, Bengaluru with 78% in Class 12. Candidates applying in BTech programme at GITAM University, Bengaluru should score a minimum of 50% or 5.0 CGPA aggregate marks in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects.
Students scoring between 50–60% must meet at least one of the following criteria to be eligible:
a. Score over 42% (85/200) in GAT and over 75% in X Standard.
b. Score over 55% (110/200) in GAT.

The college offers admission based on entrance exam score such as GAT, TS EAMCET, CAT, SNAP and more. Candidates also need to fill the application form of college on the official website of college.

GITAM University Bengaluru offers entrance-based admissions. The university conducts GAT (GITAM Aptitude Test) for admission into all UG and PG courses. The university also considers score of other entrance exams at national and state-level such as JEE Main, CAT, XAT, SNAP, TS EAMCET and more for admission into different progarmmes.

GITAM Vishakhapatnam MBA admission is based on entrance exams. The course is offered offline in full-time mode. These are following exams accepeted by the university -CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ CAMAT/CAT. The college also conducts GAT exam for admission in GIMAT courses.
