Yes, NIT Warangal offers scholarships to students as financial assistance. Some of the scholarships provided by the college are Top Class Education Scheme for SC Students and Top Class Education in College for OBC, EBC, and DNT Students, National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students - Scholarship (Formally Top Class Education for Schedule Tribe Students) - only for scholarships, and others.

National Institute of Technology, Warangal (NIT Warangal) is known for its MBA and BTech courses. NITW has a big library which is spread across 4,000 sq. mts of land. The library has around 1.87 Lacs books, back volumes, standards, technical pamphlets, CD-ROMs, Video Cassettes, e-books, and others. The various other facilities provided by the college are an auditorium, indoor games complex, student activity centre, seminar halls, big stadium, and others. NIT Warangal cutoff for M.Sc. in Mathematics and Scientific Computing closed at 538 while in 2022 it closed at 465.
