The COMEDK UGET round 1 counselling registration and document uploading started on June 9, and the last date to register is June 18 (2:00 pm). The last date for document verification is July 12. Candidates must go through the instructions and complete the registration before the due date. The seat allotment list will be published based on the documents submitted and merit scores.

The stages of COMEDK UGET counselling covers the following stages -

  • Register and document uploading (June 9 to 18)
  • The documents are verified by the exam authorities.
  • If the documents are successfully verified, then candidates are eligible to participate in the mock round and Round 1 counselling.
  • Next, candidates must participate in the mock choice filling round.
  • After the choice filling, a mock allotment round list will be published on the website.

No, applicants are not allowed to apply for their preferred colleges. Shortlisted candidates based on results have to appear in the COMEDK UGET counselling process. The colleges will be allotted to applicants as per their choice filling and rank obtained in the exam. After the declaration of seat allotment result, applicants have to accept their seat by paying online fee.

The best thing you can do is forfeit your seat alloted in COMEDK and then continue with the KCET counseling procedure. If in case you have taken admission in the seat alloted by COMEDK, then you have to give a written request to the COMEDk forum/office to reject your seat and give back the documents.

You could still be able to upload your documents during COMEDK counseling specifically for Round 2 Phase 2 if your 12th NIOS result has not been announced yet. But make sure you upload the necessary files by the due dates and the include your 12th grade transcript if it is available. Before Round 2, Phase 2 begins, additional candidates must upload their supplemental marksheet.For candidates with general merit, you must upload the required files, such as a grade report, during Phase 2 and make sure that any missing information is completed before the deadline

The consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka conducts three rounds of COMEDK UGET counselling for admission to the BE/ BTech courses. The Round 1 of the Seat Allotment is out for different categories, including General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS and PWD. COMEDK Round 1 cutoff is being held for both general merit and Hyderabad Karnataka region candidates. However, round 2 will be conducted for Hyderabad Karnataka region students only. For admission in BTech course through COMEDK 2025 scores, follow below-mentioned steps to register for COMEDK Counselling 2025:

Step 1: Visit comedk.org.

Step 2: Login to Applicant Login ID using application number and password.

Step 3: On the next page, click on the 'Counselling Registration' Tab

Step 4: Verify mentioned details and pay registration fee of COMEDK Counselling 2025

Step 5: Once you get successful payment message, close this tab and go back to application form.

Step 6: Click on 'Document Upload' Tab and upload documents.

Step 7: Frequently check application form and email to check verification status of uploaded document.

No. Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka does not conduct any entrance examination for COMEDK BArch admisisons. Candidates will be selected for admissions based on their NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 scores. If the candidates have attempt both entrance examinations, then the score which will be more beneficial and advantageous for admission will be taken into consideration.
