For B.Com(Hons.) Maths is a compulsory subject for admission. If you didn't have maths in 12th then I am afraid you are not eligible.

Of course. One can switch his/her stream after 12. It is not necessary to continue with the stream you opted for in class 12th.

eligibility criteria
BCA 45% aggregate marks in 10+2 exam with Mathematics as compulsory subject. If you had maths with commerce then you are eligible. Having information practices does not matter.
selection is made on the basis of UPSEE score.
