Hope you are doing well If you are looking for the best college for BCA then I would like to recommend you Chandigarh university. Though not in Lucknow located in Punjab state. Chandigarh University is a student-friendly university and also ranked 77 in NIRF ranking 2021. Chandigarh university. Chandigarh university signed MOU with more than 300 universities. Every year top companies visit cu and recruit students with good packages. I would like to mention here that the highest package offered to cu students is 52.11 LPA. Chandigarh university filled 900 patents which shows that the university also encourages its students in research.

Yes, you can get admission there as your percentage is good enough to take admission there.
The percentage needed to get into Goenka, I would say that above 90% in your boards is considered worthy for selection. It includes your English+best 3 subjects.
Goenka has a unique formula to calculate a percentile and the list is put on accordingly on the website.

The company secretary course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
It is a pan India organisation which has chapter offices all around the country.
You need to register yourself with the Institute and you can go ahead with the CS course.
It is also worth noting that CS is not conducted by any university or colleges.
You can get your graduation degree simultaneously while doing CS and for that graduation degree you need to get enrolled into a college.
