The main difference between the old and new syllabus for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) are that the new syllabus has more subjects, including Quantitative Aptitude in Part 4. The Viva Voce section has been removed from the new syllabus, starting with the November 2023 session. The new syllabus of CSEET only allows entry to the CS course through CSEET. In the new syllabus, all papers except Paper 4 have 20% case-based objective-type questions and 80% descriptive questions. The new syllabus has two elective papers instead of one paper.
