To pursue the Executive Programme of ICSI, a candidate must fulfill the following eligibility criteria: Possess a graduation degree in any discipline (except Fine Arts) from a recognised university or equivalent. Have cleared the Foundation Programme examination of ICSI.

If you have completed BCom Corporate Secretaryship and have also cleared the Foundation Programme examination of ICSI, then you are eligible to enroll for the Executive Programme of ICSI directly.

From my point of view B.Com (Hons) is best subject with Company secretary. I would advice you to look into both the syllabus and compare which you want to study. Plus it would be better if u talk to people who are doing it so that u can get first hand experience.
