B.Com programme in 1 year duration is not permissible as per UGC guidelines. You have to appear for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year exams to get the B.Com degree from a recognised university.
If any university offers you degree in 1 year, the degree is not valid and you are not applicable for any job or further education in India or abroad.
So, choose the right way to get the Bachelor degree.

There are three types of Company Secretary Course which you can take up:
1. Foundation Course.
2. Intermediate Course.
3. Executive Course.
The Eligibility Criteria for these courses are mentioned below:
Foundation Course:The candidate should have at least passed 10+2 examinations to get into the Foundation Course. This is a basic-level course, which is of eight-month duration ( 8 Months).

Candidates who pass the foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretaryship course.
The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.
Final Examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for the particular group of final examination.
