Dear,
B.Com programme in 1 year duration is not permissible as per UGC guidelines. You have to appear for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year exams to get the B.Com degree from a recognised university.
If any university offers you degree in 1 year, the degree is not valid and you are not applicable for any job or further education in India or abroad.
So, choose the right way to get the Bachelor degree.
All the best
