Look at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (DBRAU)–affiliated colleges where fees are moderate: Raja Balwant Singh College, St. John's College, Agra College, Anand Engineering College (BCA wing), MPS Group of Institutions. Government? aided colleges are usually the most economical (often under forty thousand rupees a year). Verify NAAC grade, labs (Linux, DBMS, networking), compulsory internships, and placement cells—they separate the merely cheap from the truly valuable for money.

Both the operating system courses are good in their own way. The students who are into programming languages can prefer to study Linux as it supports multiple programming languages. The students who are interested in learning networking and related concepts can study Windows operating systems. Both the courses provide extensive knowledge of the respective operating systems.

Ethical hacking professionals are rare to find due to the skill gap in the market, which makes it likely to land a good pay scale if you happen to crack interviews by showcasing your ethical hacking skillset. Honestly, the ethical hacking certification might add weight to your resume, but it's always advisable to pair that up with a full-fledged course or degree in IT.
