The cutoff for M.Tech in VLSI Systems at IIIT Trichy ranged between 350 to 460 for students belonging to the General AI category. For the OBC AI category, the closing cutoff for the same specialisation was 320 in the last round and 420 in the first. Aspirants who have passed Bachelor (Hons) degree (BSc/ BA) with at least 45% aggregate in Computer Applications/ Computer Science as (Hons). subject/ Major subject/ core course having passed Mathematics at bachelor's degree or Class 12 can apply for MCA programme. Aspirants who have complete bachelor's degree with at least 55% aggregate in subsidiary/ pass course /allied subjects having passed in Mathematics inbachelor degree and Class 12 level can also apply.
