To make up for the 16 year education you can opt for a one year PG Diploma in India. You may opt for distance learning courses as well. Just make sure the programmes and the university is recognized by UGC-DEC such as IGNOU etc.
Secondly, you must have atleast 2 or 3 years work experience without which you will not be considered for admissions into any MBA programmes in USA and elsewhere. GMAT/GRE scores will be required. Additionally TOEFL would be required. GMAT and GRE scores are valid for five years whereas TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years so give the tests accordingly. Build a good profile, get a job and do a one year course before applying.

CPA is a CA equivalent of USA and good, only if you are planning to have a finance career in US or US based MNC
First of all you should have completed 120 hours of course in business and accounting. Although it does not specify any degree, the understood notion is either you should have a 4 years degree in commerce i.e. B.Com or BBA or a 3 years B.Com and M.Com These are the minimum qualifications and easiest
Apart from this, a CA, ICWA and CS are also eligible. A CA + CPA is a good combination
Your M.Com, CA, ICWA, MBA and CS need to be evaluated by independent agency before enrolling into CPA programme. Every US state has an independent CPA board.
This is a basic CPA requirement. You cannot take CPA exam in India, it is available in Qatar / UAE as a nearest centre for Indian. It is as tough as CA

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a certification in accounting, auditing and taxation in the US, Singapore, Australia and many other nations.
Its direct comparable in India would be Chartered Accountant (CA) designation offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Whatever the designation, the idea boils down to one fact, that it is a degree in accountancy, auditing and taxation.
It is a self study program. However, you cannot take the CPA Exam anywhere other than the respective country. EX- Indian students interested in pursuing CPA from USA are required to go to the US to appear for these exams.
So you can consider doing CA here and then look for jobs overseas. Else if you are okay to move abroad then go ahead with CPA.
