Criminology is often studied as a joint honours degree, typically Sociology or Psychology, however, there is an array of options for students who wish to study two subjects at university such as Anthropology or Law.

You are looking for two different subjects of two different degrees. While landscape archeology is a subject in B.Arch. the criminology is subject in B.A. Criminology. There are 48 colleges in India that offer Masters in archeology, including Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
Post graduation in Archaeology is mainly done through entrance exams. Candidates need to have completed their Bachelors in a computer subject along with 50% marked to be eligible for master archaeology course. Major appointments in CBI are of deputation nature. IPS officers of different cadre appointed as CBI officers after recommendation of concerned state government. However BA+LLB five years degree course can be the best option. After completion of BA+LLB prepare and appear in Civil services exam conducted by UPSC.

You'll need a good undergraduate degree to study a Masters in Criminology, some universities will require or state that they prefer graduates from the social sciences (such as psychology or sociology), but many will accept students with a degree in any discipline.
