What are you asking for? Give the details of the form you are filling to know better. Since you didn't do diploma, you should leave that place vacant or fill in 'N/A'. If that doesn't allow the form to submit, then that means you are not eligible for it.

I feel that you should apply in the final year so that your application can reflect your provisional candidature. You will also be deemed eligible for CTET.

You need to fill appearing in the application form as the application form does not have semester wise columns.

You need to do D.El.Ed to be eligible for this exam. You can pursue D.El.Ed from NIOS very easily though.

Hi,
The basic eligibility for CTET 2018 is graduation or a 2-year Diploma in elementary education with minimum 45-50% marks. So, you can't apply.
